Bob Reilly
Robert Reilly serves as Vice President and Government Relations Officer for WellSpan Health - an integrated delivery system focused on leading in value-based care and serving the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland - where he implements government relations and legislative affairs strategies across all systems of care.
Bob previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former U.S. Congressman Todd Platts, who served from 2000-2012, and U.S. Congressman Scott Perry from 2012-2018.
Bob has received numerous awards for his government and community service in Central Pennsylvania. The American Hospital Association named him Pennsylvania’s 2025 Grassroots Champion of the Year; City & State Pennsylvania named him one of the top 100 Government Relations officials in both 2024 and 2023. He was named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 and 2023 Lobbyist Power List; was previously chosen as “Government Leader of the Year” by the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and “Appointed Official of the Year” by the York County Chamber of Commerce (now known as the York County Economic Alliance). He was also awarded the key to the Borough of Gettysburg for his service to that community.
Bob is an active community volunteer and has held leadership roles with countless community organizations.
