Bob Reilly

Vice President and Government Relations Officer, WellSpan Health

Robert Reilly serves as Vice President and Government Relations Officer for WellSpan Health - an integrated delivery health system that serves the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland - where he implements government relations and legislative affairs strategies across all systems of care.

Bob previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former U.S. Congressman Todd Platts, who served from 2000-2012, and U.S. Congressman Scott Perry from 2012-2018.
In these roles, he oversaw the Congressmen’s district offices and served as their liaison to state and local elected officials, the business community, and non-profit organizations to help address issues facing the citizens of the Congressional District.

Bob has received numerous awards for his government and community service in Central Pennsylvania. He was named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2023 Lobbyist Power List, was previously chosen as “Government Leader of the Year” by the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and “Appointed Official of the Year” by the York County Chamber of Commerce (now known as the York County Economic Alliance). He was also awarded the key to the Borough of Gettysburg for his service to that region. Bob is an active community volunteer and has held leadership roles with many community organizations, and currently serves on legislative committees with the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Lebanon (PA) High School and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He lives in York County with his wife, Cassandra Storm.
