Listening Across Difference: Practices for Deeper Human Connection
In a world of increasing diversity, the ability to listen well across differences is essential, but often underdeveloped. This interactive workshop introduces the “6 Steps to Better Listening” model developed by Someone To Tell It To and invites participants to practice these skills in real time. Through guided reflection, paired exercises, and group dialogue, participants will explore how culture, identity, and lived experience shape the way we listen, and how we can become more present, curious, and compassionate listeners. Participants will leave with practical tools to strengthen relationships, navigate differences, and foster more inclusive environments in their workplaces and communities.
