Karla Tolan is Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at WellSpan Health. In this role, she applies her passion for creating cultures where team members feel they belong, by elevating diverse lived experiences and underrepresented voices through the strategic efforts of the organization’s Office of DEI.

Karla earned a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from York College of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the same institution.
