Rev. Dr. Arthur Brown is the East Region Manager of Spiritual Care & Education, WellSpan Health. He has worked for 10 years as a mental health chaplain at WellSpan Philhaven behavioral health in Mount Gretna, Lebanon County. He serves on the steering committees of the Center for Spiritually Integrated Care and the Belonging Team. He is also a 2026 candidate for board certification with the National Association of Professional Chaplains.

Rev. Dr. Brown is an ordained minister who also serves as Senior Pastor of the Tabernacle Baptist Church of Harrisburg for 20 years. He previously led churches in New Jersey since 1992 and has held numerous local and state denominational leadership positions. He began his professional career in college administration and instruction at St. Peter's University in NJ.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Drew University Theological School and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University School of Theology.
